Induction of Labor: What Doulas Need to Know

This course equips learners with knowledge of induction of labor, including the various methods, reasons for induction of labor, and standard hospital protocol for induction.  Additionally, this course enhances the ability of learners to best support their clients (emotionally, educationally, and physically) during induction. Learners will also acquire skills to navigate issues that can arise in the doula-client relationship when supporting induction.
